Rocket League Season 2: Week 6 Recap

After a thrilling five game series last week, we still couldn't find our first win of the season. Let's see how the squad performed against Epsilon this time around.

Game one began quickly with Radioo scoring the opening goal for the boys in red. Florus answered back immediately for the opposition to level the game. Some poor defending enabled Flarke to take the lead for Epsilon but Radioo equalised after rebounding the ball off the wall to finish. A hectic game saw Florus re-take the lead before Data extended their lead to 4-2. Another goal from Florus sealed the deal as Epsilon took the first game of the series.

Game two was a battle for possession until Danzhizzle and Radioo scored two quick goals to level the series at 1-1. Game three saw Danzhizzle continue his form from game two, as a clearance ended up in the goal to give the team an early lead. Epsilon answered back with two goals of their own to take the lead and secure their second win of the match.

Game four was another back and forth start between the two teams but it was Radioo who managed to score the opener. Two goals from Data made it 2-1 in favour of the opposition but it was Radioo once again who scored the equaliser to take the game into Overtime. A close overtime eventually ended with Flarke scoring the winner for Epsilon, taking the game 3-2 and the series 3-1.

GGWP to Epsilon. We're determined to get a win this season!
