A crucial game against Excel as we battle for a place in the top four. A win would see us qualify. Let's see how the game panned out.

Opening the game on Inferno, Excel grabbed the opening pistol round before the team answered back with a pistol force buy. After trading rounds, the opposition had established an 8-3 lead on the T side before adding four more rounds to end the half with a 12-3 score. The boys in red responded, taking the second pistol round but the deficit was too great as Excel went on to win 16-6 to take the early lead in the series.
Mirage would be next and it would be a must win map if we were to make it into the top four. The squad took the first pistol round but Excel managed to keep securing the early rounds in a very back and forth first half. At the end of the half, the boys in red held a slender 8-7 lead. Winning the second pistol round was a great start to the half. The momentum seemed to be in their favour, moving quickly to match point with a solid round advantage over the opposition. Excel slowly began to reduce the deficit after some poor after plant situations and eventually forced overtime. Momentum had swung in favour of Excel, taking Inferno 19-16 after overtime to take the series 2-0.
GGWP to Excel. With that result, Infused CSGO are unable to make it to playoffs.
