This morning Dreamhack released the two groups for the ESPORT SM Finals. With 4 teams being put into each group the Team Infused CS:GO SE team was put into a group with Epsilon, Gosu.se and Publiclir.se.
With the games starting bright and early the team was in high spirits. However it ended quite sad for the team as they were eliminated quite early on going 0-3 in their group. However they didn't go home with nothing! The team takes hoome 5,000 SEK finishing 5 - 8th and we are proud of them for giving it their all!

With Dreamhack going live and the schedules being posted, the amount of high quality games that would be happening was unreal. There was no doubt that such a prestigious event such as Dreamhack would be capable of bringing out all the stops.
With Group 12 being announced for Kaldi which included opponents such as Xenocider, GuMiho and mOrrOws, but also Group 17 for Loki having to go against Harstem, Snute and VinceIP our players definately had their work cut out for them.

This weekend Team Infused will be attending the Dreamhack event held in Jönköping, Sweden. Amoungst the teams and players participating will be Johannes "Loki" Anttonen and Jökull "Kaldi" for the StarCraft 2 tournament.
The new Team Infused CS:GO Sweden squad will also be in attendance to play in the ESPORT SM Finals starting Sunday, with teams like NiP and Lemondogs also qualified for the event.

I recently got the chance to interview Jökull "Kaldi", a professional Starcraft 2 player from Iceland. He is attending Dreamhack this weekend to compete in the Starcraft 2 tournament for Infused as the only zerg in his group.
With some high competition in the group stages and a prize pool of 175000 SEK (equivalent to £17000) everyone will be giving there all. Lets take a look at the interview.

This weekend our Counter Strike:Global Offensive SE squad will be heading out to attend the ESPORT SM Finals held at the DreamHack Summer event. The games will start early on 16th June with the group play of the event.
